How to Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you need to delete your account, please follow these steps carefully. Remember, deleting your account will remove all your data from our platform permanently.

•  Launch the FidesInnova app on your mobile device.
• Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
• Tap on the Account Settings icon located in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

• In the Account Settings, look for and tap on the Account section.

• This section contains various options related to your account management.
• Tap on Delete Account to initiate the account deletion process.

• To proceed with the deletion, you will be asked to type the word “CONFIRM”.

• Your account along with all associated data will be permanently deleted from our platform.

** Important Notes**

• Data Recovery: Once your account is deleted, we will not be able to recover any of your data.
• Subscriptions: If you have any active subscriptions, make sure to cancel them before deleting your account to avoid any future charges.
• Support: If you encounter any issues or have questions, please contact our support team at support@fidesinnova.io or through the help section in the app.
